Over the past few weeks we have been reading a lot about design. There is the website's color, texture, font, etc all to consider. In my opinion it is good to establish a primary look that identifies the website yet something that is also easily changeable so it avoids becoming to stagnant. Google seems to master this with their search engine. It seems well known that the google colors are blue, green, yellow and red and white always tends to be the overarching color to calm the user's eyes. Their navigator logo is a big white g surrounded by all these colors, it's familiar. However, they are able to change the look easily with varying fonts and still hold onto the unique google look. It is very well thought out. I hope to establish the same kind of philosophy to my design layout.
