Just posted my first discussion post for the class with the my introduction, which stated:
My name is Anne Larrivee and I am now going into my final semester of the USF LIS program. I'm originally from Delaware and for my undergrad I studied Human Services at the University of Delaware. After that, I went into the Peace Corps where I helped out with a community health program and then somehow I ended up in Tampa, FL. Here, in Tampa, I have been working as a graduate assistant at Tampa Library and the Florida Mental Health Institute Research Library. Through this experience I have gotten a lot of practice doing everything from reference, to archiving, to libguides, etc. I'm looking forward to this class because I know the basics of web design but would really like to start learning more about how I can be more creative.
I am beginning the reading and should have more to post by the middle of the week.
